Data handling

We collect only the organisational information needed to deliver the agreed scope, plus business contact and billing details. Engagement records are retained for seven years to meet UAE accounting requirements; working material is deleted twelve months after final delivery unless you ask us to keep it. Cancellation

You may cancel in writing before work starts for a full refund of the deposit. Once work has started, fees are charged for the work completed to that point. Full terms are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
