How we work

A process you can hold us to

Advisory work should be predictable. This is the sequence every Talvora Talent engagement follows, and what we expect from both sides at each stage.

  1. Stage 01

    Understand

We talk through the situation, who is affected and what decision the work needs to support. If advisory support is not the right answer, we say so.

What we need from you: A conversation with the people who own the problem, plus any existing documentation.

  2. Stage 02

    Define

We put the scope in writing: objective, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, fee and payment schedule. Nothing proceeds until it is accepted.

What we need from you: Confirmation of priorities, constraints and the approver for the engagement.

  3. Stage 03

    Work

We carry out the research, design or review work, checking assumptions with you at agreed points so there are no surprises at the end.

What we need from you: Timely access to information and the stakeholders identified during scoping.

  4. Stage 04

    Deliver

We present the deliverables and recommendations, walk through them with you and confirm what is in and out of scope for any follow-on work.

What we need from you: A review session and written acceptance of the deliverables.

Scope and pricing

Confirmed before anything starts

We do not begin chargeable work on a verbal brief.

Written proposal

Objective, deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, timeline, fee, taxes and payment milestones are all documented before acceptance.

Change control

If the requirement changes materially, we re-quote rather than quietly expanding the work or the invoice.

Close-out

Delivery is followed by a review session and a clear statement of what is complete and what would require a new engagement.

Professional standards

  • We do not overstate what advisory work can achieve.
  • We do not present hypothetical examples as client outcomes.
  • We do not publish client names, logos or testimonials without written permission.
  • We record scope and change requests in writing.
  • We decline work that falls outside our competence or authorisation.
  • We treat all information shared with us as confidential to the engagement.

Future services

If recruitment services are authorised in future

We are frequently asked what would change. This is a description of intent, not an offer of service.

Any future recruitment or candidate-placement activity would only be offered after the company’s licensed activities and any required UAE authorisations have been formally confirmed, and would be published on this website at that time with the applicable terms.

It would follow the same discipline as our advisory work: a written engagement, defined assessment criteria, documented candidate consent, transparent communication with applicants and no fees charged to candidates at any stage.

Recruitment and candidate-placement services are not currently offered through this website. Future availability is subject to confirmation of the company's licensed activities and applicable UAE requirements.
