Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum personal information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver advisory work. This policy explains exactly what that means.

1. Who is responsible

Talvora Talent, Business Center, Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question, email management@talvoratalent.online.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through an enquiry or an engagement:

  • Your name and the organisation you represent
  • Contact details: email address, phone number and preferred contact method
  • Optional organisation details such as website, industry and country
  • The content of your enquiry and any later correspondence
  • A record that you gave consent, including the date and time
  • Technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website

We do not collect CVs, job applications, candidate registrations, passport or Emirates ID copies, visa documents or salary certificates through this website, and we do not maintain a candidate database or talent pool.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us
  • To deliver and administer an agreed advisory engagement — on the basis of contract performance
  • To keep records of enquiries, consents and complaints — on the basis of our legitimate interest in accountability and any legal obligation
  • To protect the website against misuse — on the basis of our legitimate interest in security

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Marketing

We do not send marketing communications from website enquiries. If we introduce them in future, they will be opt-in and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and our email systems, and only to the extent necessary, or where disclosure is required by applicable law or a competent authority.

Some of these providers operate outside the United Arab Emirates. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

  • General enquiries: retained for up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a client relationship begins
  • Engagement records: retained for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes
  • Complaint records: retained for up to 24 months after the complaint is closed
  • Unsolicited documents such as CVs: deleted on receipt

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricted access, encrypted transport and minimisation of what we collect. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent at any time, and request a copy of the information you provided to us.

To make a request, email management@talvoratalent.online. We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you may use our complaints process and may also pursue any remedy available to you under applicable law.

9. Children

This website is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we delete any that comes to our attention.

10. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your preferences at any time.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page and any significant change will be reflected here.
