Talvora does not charge candidates any recruitment, placement or processing fees. If a candidate is ever asked to pay for a job opportunity, placement, interview or document, they should report it immediately to management@talvoratalent.online.

Fees for employer recruitment services are set out in the signed service agreement or engagement letter. Fees are typically based on a percentage of the successful candidate’s annual compensation or a fixed monthly fee for outsourced workforce arrangements.

For permanent and executive-search placements, Talvora may offer a replacement guarantee if a placed candidate leaves within an agreed period. The guarantee period, conditions and replacement process are defined in the service agreement for that engagement.

A replacement is generally provided once, subject to the original fee having been paid and the employer complying with the terms of the agreement.

Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with the specific service agreement. Talvora does not provide automatic refunds for recruitment services once a search has commenced, but will review each case based on the terms agreed at the start of the engagement.

Either party may cancel an engagement in accordance with the written agreement. Cancellations should be communicated in writing to the Talvora consultant handling the engagement or to management@talvoratalent.online.

Any billing or refund dispute will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the relevant service agreement and the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
